Yi-Ting Lien
DirectorYi-Ting Lien is the Director of Tech for Good Asia, where she leads initiatives that bring citizen voices into policymaking on AI regulation, disinformation, and platform accountability, working closely with Taiwan’s civic tech community such as g0v (零時政府). Previously, she held senior policy roles in Taiwan’s Presidential Office and National Security Council, focusing on geopolitics and digital policy, and served as spokesperson for President Tsai Ing-wen’s 2020 re-election campaign. She has also advised global tech companies on content governance and regulatory strategy in East Asia. Yi-Ting holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from National Taiwan University, an MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
